Erledigt. Tragt man die "auth"-Zeile nicht in die Datei "gdm-password" ein, sondern in "common-auth", so benutzen auch alle anderen Login-Methoden den TOTP-Code (Konsole, SSH, etc.)

TODO: in /etc/ssh/sshd.config die "Challenge-Response-Authentication" erlauben. Sonst kann ssh nicht nach dem OTP fragen!
