Es gibt eine nette Anwendung für GNOME, die auch noch beruhigendes Vögelzwitschern spielt, wenn man will (gnome-shell-pomodoro). Die will aber auch gleich die ganze GNOME-Shell mit installieren, das ist für Xenial nichts, erst ab Bionic (Gerhard-Image). Habe stattdessen pomodoro-indicator aus diesem PPA installiert: ​https://launchpad.net/~atareao/+archive/ubuntu/atareao/

Im nächsten Falk-Image findest Du's, wenn Du in den Anwendungen nach "pomodoro" suchst.
