Das ist ja witzig: Mit Atom lerne ich gerade Python.
Der Editor ist extrem vielseitig und übersichtlich. Finde ich gut! :)

Beide Programme werden als "Snaps mit classic confinement" verteilt. Diese laufen leider derzeit nicht auf Systemen, bei denen /home ein Netzwerk-Mount ist, so wie bei uns.

Anscheinend ist das Problem zwar wohl inzwischen für "normale" snaps gelöst, nicht aber für solche mit "classic confinement". Hier geht es etwas durcheinander...

Ich vertage die Installation mal ins Gerhard-Image.

Neben dem "classic confinement" haben snaps derzeit auch noch ein Problem, wenn die Homeverzeichnisse nicht direkt unter /home liegen. Also derzeit erst mal keine snaps...

Haben wir eine Umgebung, in der wir tatsächlich mit Python programmieren können? Ich habe im 2. Halbjahr die 7e in Informatik. Da hat mich ein Schüler gefragt, ob er alles das, was wir in Scratch programmieren, in Python schreiben kann.

Er sagt, dass er Scratch schon beherrscht. Ich glaube, dass ihm ziemlich langweilig würde..

Da gibt's jedenfalls genug. Atom und Brackets lassen sich nach wie vor bei uns nicht richtig installieren, müssen wir aber mittelfristig lösen. Es gibt jedoch allerlei Editoren, die als normales Paket verteilt werden.

  • Da wäre erst mal der einfache "gedit", der hat bestimmt ein Plugin für Python, das wir installieren können.
  • Außerdem haben wir den Editor "Blue fish" installiert, ich glaube, der ist ziemlich leistungsfähig.
  • und Jens hat auch irgend einen Editor, den er gerade für Python verwendet.

Siehe comment:8. Bluefish und Geany sind bereits installierte Editoren, die Python unterstützen. Einfach mal ausprobieren.

Ich habe das Problem mit den Snaps soweit gelöst. Brackets und Atom sind dann im Inge-Image installiert.
